Soft Tissue Dermal Filler

Dermal fillers are an option in the treatment of volume deficiency, scars, wrinkles, facial sculpting, facial contouring, and augmentation of specific anatomical sites such as the lips. Dermal filler is a smooth injectable gel containing hyaluronic acid designed to replace the hyaluronic acid you have lost. It does this by filling the space of volume loss which improves folds and wrinkles, as well as attracting water to replenish moisture to your skin.

What do HA FILLERS do?

As you age, your cheeks flatten, and the skin may sag.  HA Fillers can help temporarily reverse this sign of aging. Your healthcare professional injects the smooth gel into the cheek area to temporarily restore volume lost to aging in people over the age of 21. This gives you an instant lift with natural-looking results that can last up to two years with optimal treatment.

HA FILLERS  are injectable hyaluronic acid dermal fillers used to provide 9 months to one year of correction for moderate to severe wrinkles and static lines such as nasolabial folds (lines from the nose to the corners of the mouth). It is also used for lip augmentation.

HA FILLERS  products are smooth consistency gel. HA FILLERS  products are developed using Hylacross technology to allow a smoother, malleable gel. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring sugar found in the body. Hyaluronic acid works by holding in water at the injection site and acting as a cushioning agent. It adds temporary volume and a smoother appearance to the skin. Most patients need more than one treatment to achieve optimal results.

HA FILLERS   also contain the local anesthetic for a more comfortable injection as this numbs the treatment area within seconds. The HA FILLERS products contain more highly cross-linked formulations for volumizing and correction of deeper folds and wrinkles.

The HA FILLERS  range of products is designed to meet specific needs depending on the area of the face being treated and the increase in the volume required.

  • HA FILLERS  are used for moderate or fine facial wrinkles of the periorbital area.

  • HA FILLERS are used for the cheek area to give a subtle lift that increases volume and contours cheek area.

  • HA FILLERS are suitable for moderate or severe facial folds or wrinkles such as the fold that runs from your nose to mouth (parentheses lines).

  • HA FILLERS  are also suitable for lips and around the lip area to add subtle volume and to smooth vertical lip lines.

CHEEK FILLER/MID FACE FILLER

The midface is one of the first facial regions to show signs of ageing:

  • Ageing of the midface typically occurs in the mid-30s.

  • The lower eyelids and surrounding tissues are usually the first to cause concern.

  • Almost all aspects of the midface undergo degeneration and this is predictable in the majority of individuals.

The following areas can be injected with fillers in the mid-face for restoring the fat pads and lift the age-related descent.

1.Upper cheek

2.Lid-cheek junction

3.Submalar area

4.Preauricular area

5.Nasolabial folds

LIP FILLERS

Well defined and full lips represent attractiveness and femininity

•The lips are the most important aesthetic structure in the lower third of the face.

•Full lips of optimal shape and proportion impart sensuality and femininity in all races.

In recent years, the concept of dermal lip fillers has gained momentum. Though lip fillers are common across all age groups, ageing is still one of the major indications for lip augmentation. As collagen production decreases, the Cupid’s bow and vermilion boundary lose its distinct quality.

Treatment with dermal fillers can improve the lips and perioral region. Age-related changes in the lips have multiple causes like lifestyle changes, volume loss, and damaged skin .HA FILLERS can help in improving the lip definition and also in improving the lip volume to ensure proportion as per the lip nose ratio for an aesthetic look.

LOWER FACE FILLERS

Facial ageing is a dynamic process involving both soft tissue and bony structures

Changes in the lower face can occur due to sagging of skin and soft tissues ,loss of skin elasticity, volume loss and loss of bony support and projection .Ageing changes can lead to blunting and loss of definition of the jawline, excess skin in the chin area

Usually a  beautiful jawline has a sharp demarcation line between the lower face to the neck and a gentle silhouette just below the jaw onto the neck.

As Ageing of facial fat layers progresses ,the central and lateral face lose fat with age,the lateral part of the face accumulates fat and loss of volume leads to gravitational descent of the face.

Marionette lines appear as deep grooves from the corner of the lips to the jaw. A drooping appearance of the mouth area is a characteristic sign of ageing .With overall volume loss and the resulting downward movement of midfacial fat ,the face looks depressed.

Jowls develop when the jawline loses its firmness due to loss of skin tone and sagging of skin and subcutaneous fat and this makes the face look wider .Aging of the lower face causes a depression between the chin and the jawline. The tapered lower face becomes more square with age and laxity of soft tissue and atrophy of bone leads to blunting of jawline .

Dimpled chin and mental creases are features of the ageing lower face. A dimpled chin, with an „orange peel‟ effect, results from loss of collagen and subcutaneous fat in the chin and by repeated lifting of the chin by the chin muscles . Mental creases are deep crescent-shaped grooves between the bottom of the mouth and the point of the chin.

HA FILLERS are injected into the following areas of the lower face  to rejuvenate the lower face .

1.Marionette lines

2.Mental crease

3.Chin apex

4.Prejowl

5.Mandible body and angle
